big size unit with nice view, the balcony, for instance. the pool area is nice too. the smooth check-in. great and stunning location right by the saigon restaurant, the center of hanoi old quarter/touristy places, and the shopping area. also, right by the lake front.

Location: the hotel was just next door to InterContinental WestLake in Hanoi and all restaurants and the Sunset Bar and activities in Hanoi. The breakfast was great value for money and extensive exactly as I hoped, with allofwhich was very good and the Vietnamese coffee, as for instance.

Charming reasonably large hotel with a very clean pool and views of the lake. New-fashioned room, extremely comfy beds and friendly staff at the reception desk. Lovely location by downtown and tranquil area.

Located along a beautiful river, this hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. The breakfast is also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel seems outdated and could use some renovation to match its surroundings.

Place was quiet and scenic- absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. A beautiful sunset bar.
Hotel guests were not attentive enough and forgot to upload my luggage onto the car, leaving me with no clothes during my trip to Halong Bay. Hotel staff should always check and not take forgranted because guests was re-checking in again the following day. However, hotel manager had compensated by upgrading me to a lotus suite and free breakfast.

The location of Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake, An IHG Hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance of the beautiful West Lake, which is only about 200 feet away. The hotel's Cafe du Lac is a wonderful dining option that offers dishes just steps away from the property. We had a great time staying here and found it to be the perfect base for exploring Hanoi.
